I know what you're thinking, sushi cupcakes??! Well, our friend Morgan wanted us to make cupcakes for his wife (and our friend), Becka. They are celebrating Becka's birthday with friends at a hibachi restaurant, followed by a night of board games and wine. So, we thought, why not, let's make some "sushi cupcakes!" The chocolate-chocolate chip batter topped with creamy buttercream icing wouldn't be enough. We added white sprinkles, Swedish fish and sliced up gummy worms to make each mini cupcake look like a sushi roll. We even provided some chopsticks to help them eat these decorative mini cakes! These were fun to make and even more enjoyable to look at...and eat! We hope you love them, Becka...and Happy 26th!!!!!
