Cream-of-the-Crop Cupcakes

Nicole was one of our first customers to request cookies & cream cupcakes with buttercream icing. Not only were the cupcakes filled with cookie bits, but the bottom of each cupcake had an oreo crust! These moist cupcakes were amazingly tasteful and beyond satisfying. We wanted our customer and her guests to enjoy these cupcakes to the fullest, so we added half an oreo to the top of each cupcake. Let's just say these cupcakes were finished off with a glass of cold milk! They really made the perfect dessert for Nicole's intimate dinner party.

Crazy Caterpillar!

When Brenda, Benny's mom, asked us to make cupcakes for her son Benny's Baby Einstein themed 1st birthday, we came up with this adorable caterpillar! Yellow, purple, green, red, orange....what kiddie wouldn't like one of these! Not only are the cupcakes fun colors, but they are vanilla chocolate chip too, for an extra cool surprise! The caterpillar's little feet are actually mini-cupcakes, the eyes and the smile are made out of M&M's, and the antlers are Twizzlers! We hope this was as much fun to eat as it was to make! Happy Birthday Benny!

Merry Christmas & Happy "Hanukkakes" To All!

These tasty treats were created for our customer Deb, who was hosting a holiday party at her home. She gave us the creative freedom to choose the designs, so we decided to include an extra tasteful treat - white chocolate candies! As you can see, atop the Hanukkah-themed cupcakes, we molded white chocolate into the shapes of the Jewish star and dreidel. These festive "Hanukkakes" were a hit!! We thought the green and red colored buttercream also looked bright and festive! Upon delivery, Deb insisted on opening the box so she could see for herself. She sent a quick note to us after her party, which said "They were great and looked great on the table! Everyone loved them. Vince and I each snagged one to taste for ourselves before they were all gone!"

Frosty the Snowcupcake!

Frosty the Snowman had a jolly happy soul...with a chocolate hat and an orange slice for a nose and two eyes made out of chocolate chips!
These cute little snowmen were for the Royal Family Kids Club Christmas Party. Our customer, Ann, ordered them as special treats for the kids and upon delivery said, "They look amazing, almost too good to eat! I can't believe you made these. The kids will love them! Thank you so much!"

The cupcakes are chocolate and vanilla frosted with buttercream.

Corporate Holiday Bake-Off

We're having a holly jolly Christmas with these yummy cupcakes! Since Liz had a bake-off at work, we decided this would be a great opportunity to show off our red velvet with cream cheese frosting, what a perfect fit for Christmastime treats! The holly leaves are truffle chocolates and the berries are red M&Ms. We used one of our new new tips and we absolutely love the results! The peeks are just about perfect, and the frosting looks so decorative! And yes, Denise and Liz rocked out to Christmas tunes while they were baking, maybe had a sing-off or two, and perhaps changed the words to the songs a little....instead of rockin' around the Christmas tree we were frostin' around the Christmas tree! It turns out that everyone at Liz's company were amazed at the presentation AND of course the taste of these spectacular cupcakes. They were a hit! Stay tuned for more holiday cupcake creations to come!
